Private Surfing Lessons - All Levels (Ages 6 to Adult)  

Join us at beautiful Broulee Beach, the safest learn to surf beach in the Eurobodalla Shire. Simply select a date from the calendar and book today to start your surfing adventure.

Beginner - If you are a raw learner, looking to master the basics, we can tailor a lesson to help you achieve your goals. Surf safety, reading the conditions, paddling, catching waves and ultimately standing and riding the rolling whitewater are all part of our surfing experience.

Intermediate - If you have already mastered the basics and consider yourself an intermediate level surfer looking to improve your skills, we can help you achieve your exact goals. We will work with you on the beach and in the water to advance your wave selection, take-offs and turning techniques.

Solo (1 person) private lesson - $120

Duo (2 person) private lesson - $90 per person

Group private lesson (3+ people) - $75 per person

*Add the One Day Package Option to keep your board and wetsuit for the rest of the day - only $25pp!

2 hours from arrival to departure. Please arrive as close to your lesson start time as possible. We allow 15 minutes before and after your lesson for set up and pack up. Actual time spent on the beach is around 1.5 hours.

WE ARE A MOBILE BUSINESS, DUE TO CHANGING SURF CONDITIONS AND FINDING THE SAFEST VENUE TO SURF.

BE ADVISED, THE MEETING POINT FOR YOUR LESSON AND/OR HIRE IS AT OUR SURF SCHOOL VAN. THIS VAN IS USUALLY PARKED ON THE GRASS BESIDE CORONATION DRIVE IN NORTH BROULEE. IN THE EVENT WE HAVE MOVED FROM THIS STREET, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO ADVISE OF ALTERNATE LOCATION.

PLEASE NOTE, DO NOT MEET AT OUR OFFICE LOCATED AT 77 CORONATION DRIVE. ALSO DO NOT MEET AT A WHITE TRAILER WITH 'SURF THE BAY' WRITTEN ON IT - THIS IS A DIFFERENT BUSINESS.

We run Surfing Lessons in most weather conditions, rain or shine. If the ocean is judged to be dangerous by our staff due to high winds, swell, tidal currents or lightning storms, we will reschedule the lesson. If we change the time and you are unable to make the new lesson, we will offer a credit voucher for another lesson at a later date. If that is unsatisfactory, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund.

If you wish to reschedule a lesson you have booked we require 48 HOURS NOTICE during SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, and 24 HOURS NOTICE during all other periods. Failing to give the neccessary notice will result in forfeiting 100% of the booking value. In this instance there are no refunds, partial or otherwise, or transfers to other people or services offered by Broulee Surf School.
